Dr Joe Wang – General Dentist

Joe is the principal dentist of Maroubra Dental Clinic, he grew up in Christchurch and graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand and started his dental career in beautiful Sydney since 2011.
At Maroubra Dental Clinic, he aims to make the whole experience to be as pleasant as possible for patients so that they can Smile With Confidence.
He has been involved with the Australian Dental Association ever since working in Sydney and is a past Chairman of the Recent Graduates Committee (NSW branch), advocating for the continued education and improvement for its young dentist members, and continues to contribute to his profession since.
Joe’s main interests are orthodontics, and is a certified Invisalign provider.
Joe is:

- Fellow of the International Collage of Continuing Dental Education (ICCDE) (part of the Asia Pacific Dental Federation)

Dr Jimmy Chan (2017-2023) – Specialist Endodontist
BDS (Adel), GDAAD, DClinDent (Endo), MRACDS (Endo)
Dr Jimmy Chan completed his dental degree at the University of Adelaide. After practicing as a general dentist for 3 years, he furthered his expertise by obtaining a Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry from the University of Adelaide. Dr Jimmy Chan has published multiple papers and is a member of MRACDS. He continues to provide valuable lectures and CPD courses, focusing on topics such as endodontic care and root canal treatment, for both the local and international dental community.
Dr. Jimmy Chan is an active member of the Australian Society of Endodontology (ASE), the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Endodontists (ANZAE), and the Australian Dental Association (ADA), all of which focus on advancing endodontic care and techniques, including root canal treatment.
